Starting the refill-business of TiCl4 and SiCl4 by using safe cylinder container,
our company has been exclusively supplying them to companies in the field of petrochemistry
and semi-conductor by improving dangerous work environment in the industrial areas
by utilizing drum containers.
Especially, our company is supplying TiCl4 for more than 80% of the domestic market while exporting
them to Japan, China, and Taiwan.
In addition, after starting to develop and mass-produce TiOCl2 for the first time in Korea since 2010,
our company has been supplying TiOCl2 with BT for MLCC and pearl pigment materials to domestic companies.
In addition, our company has been
importing and selling ZrCl4 and HfCl4 as an advanced ingredient used for semi-conductor and optical materials.
